Gee wizz this is a good one. This Grade 1 natural process coffee is produced in the Yirgacheffe region of Ethiopia. Hafursa Red is a variety of coffee that is indigenous to the region and is known for its distinct red color.
This coffee is produced using a natural method, which involves drying the coffee beans in the sun while still in their fruit, rather than removing the fruit first. This'sundried' technique allows the beans to absorb the sugars and flavours of the fruit, resulting in a unique and complex flavour profile. The beans are hand-picked and sorted to ensure that only the highest quality beans are used.
